Meet The Owner
Owner/LCSW
Samantha Chabre

Integrative Mental Health. I believe that the mind and body work together and a holistic approach is the most effective. I believe in a CBT approach, where I will push you to do the work. I am ART trained, which is an eye movement therapy known as Accelerated Resolution Therapy, used to process trauma in 1-3 sessions. I am DBT trained, which teaches life skills to help with anxiety, depression, impulsivity and emotions. My focus is on young adults, and adults.

These providers are independently contracted clinicians who provide services and treatment to Beyond Rooted clients but are not employees of Beyond Rooted. They exist as separate entities and take full responsibility for the individuals and families with whom they work.
Currently Beyond Rooted LLC is working out of the Rooted offices at 166 Albany tpke, Suite 4B Canton, CT.
Insurance Information:
Beyond Rooted, LLC is in-network with Husky, Optum/United Health Care and Connecticare. For out of network health plans we will be happy to provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.Keep in mind reimbursement rates vary and you should contact your insurance company to inquire about your reimbursement rate.
